Property Description for 151 East 58th Street, 38-A

Residence 38A at 151 East 58th Street sits high on the 38th floor and is tailored for a buyer who values a refined, turnkey home that works equally well as a full-time residence or an elevated pied-à-terre. This corner two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath offers a clean, modern aesthetic with curated designer upgrades throughout. A proper entry foyer sets the tone, leading into a sunlit living and dining space framed by expansive windows with open skyline views and a direct outlook toward Central Park. The proportions feel right, polished enough for entertaining, comfortable enough for everyday living. The eat-in kitchen is both functional and intentional. A custom banquette creates a true dining moment, complemented by streamlined cabinetry and high-quality appliances, all designed to integrate seamlessly with the rest of the home. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned for privacy, each with its own en-suite bath. The primary suite delivers a more elevated experience, with a custom walk-in closet and a spa-caliber bathroom designed with clean lines and premium finishes. Every detail has been considered, from tailored lighting to built-ins and storage that keep the space effortless and uncluttered. Central air, high ceilings, and a well-balanced layout complete a residence that feels composed, quiet, and ready to be lived in the moment you arrive. One Beacon Court is among Manhattan’s most prestigious full service condominiums, offering residents a newly renovated high floor fitness center complete with cardio equipment, free weights, and massage rooms, as well as a residents’ lounge with a projector and sound system for entertaining, and a resident courtyard. Services include a 24 hour doorman and concierge, a live in resident manager, and a private motor court for discreet arrivals and departures.

Midtown East | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Midtown West and Midtown East have a lot in common. They’re bustling, iconic, and full of people. But just like siblings, their personalities can be vastly different. Midtown East is a bit more sophisticated and doesn’t quite have the vivacity and unruliness that its westerly counterpart exudes.

Midtown East is bordered by 42nd to the south, 59th Street to the north, 5th Avenue to the west, and 3rd Avenue to the east.

The neighborhood is famous for its high-end stores, tourist attractions, posh hotels (budget ones too), and iconic architecture. Midtown East is also one of the largest financial and business hubs in Manhattan. During normal business hours the sidewalks are full of commuters and people moving from point A to point B. In the early evening, when the masses have left for the day, things suddenly get a little quieter and the sidewalks have a lot less foot traffic.

Although largely a commercial neighborhood, residential areas of Midtown East do exist on the eastern section of the neighborhood.

Grand Central Station is located in Midtown East and like Midtown West, it’s an extremely commutable neighborhood. The 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains whisk people in and out of the neighborhood 24 hours a day. Grand Central Station also serves as a hub for New York State and Connecticut commuter rails. These trains can take you anywhere along the Hudson River or up into Connecticut. It’s perfect for day tripping.
