There is an easy board approval process and the the following fees are due upon lease signing: $600 application fee, $300 credit/criminal (per person), $350 move in fee, $500 refundable move in deposit, $65 digital submission fee. There is a 5% fee on all fees paid on line via a credit card. Upon move out, $350 move out fee and $500 refundable move out deposit. First month's rent and one month security deposit required.
