Property Description for 100 Barclay Street, 30-B

Presenting Residence 30B, a grand high-floor corner home offering a beautifully converted three-bedroom, four-bathroom layout within a distinguished Art Deco building, thoughtfully reimagined by Ismael Leyva Architects.

Upon entry from a semi-private 30th-floor landing shared by just four residences, a gracious foyer opens into a beautifully proportioned great room. Wide-plank white oak herringbone floors and soaring 11.5-foot ceilings enhance the sense of scale, while casement window-lined walls flood the home with natural light.

Every window in the home offers a spectacular outlook. The formal living room, kitchen, and den capture sweeping views of the New York City skyline, extending beyond the Empire State Building, while all bedrooms are oriented toward the Hudson River, providing a serene waterfront backdrop.

The open chef's kitchen features custom cabinetry and hardware, complemented by Calacatta Gold marble countertops and backsplash. Top-of-the-line appliances include a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range with vented hood, Miele dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. A large central island that comfortably seats 5 complete with a built-in wine refrigerator, serves as the heart of the space. Adjacent to the kitchen, a windowed den with recessed lighting offers flexibility as a home office, media room, or additional living area, with the option to convert it into a fourth bedroom.

Additional conveniences include a dedicated laundry room with an LG washer and vented dryer, built-in cabinetry, and a utility sink. The residence is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The primary suite serves as a private retreat, featuring generous custom closets and a luxurious en-suite bath clad in polished Calacatta Gold marble. Highlights include radiant heated herringbone floors, a steam shower, and a Waterworks soaking tub and fixtures. A secondary egress off the primary suite leads to one of the home's three hallways, offering potential for an additional custom closet or storage.

The spacious secondary bedrooms each include ample closet space and en-suite baths appointed with Vanilla Cream marble vanities and crackle-glazed white ceramic wall tile. All bathrooms are elegantly appointed with Waterworks fixtures, sinks, and soaking tubs, and feature herringbone-patterned flooring throughout.

This offering also includes access to a private wine storage unit on the 18th floor, accommodating up to 100 bottles.

Residents of 100 Barclay Street enjoy over 40,000 square feet of world-class amenities, including a 24-hour doorman and concierge, live-in superintendent, package and bike rooms, and multiple elevators. Wellness offerings include a Wright Fit-designed fitness center, an 82-foot lap pool, children's pool, and a full-service spa with treatment rooms. Additional amenities include a club lounge, billiards room, children's playroom, teen lounge, media lounge, wine tasting room, and music practice rooms, as well as four landscaped outdoor terraces.

With its prime location, exceptional features, and extensive amenities, residence 30B at 100 Barclay Street places you in the perfect cross of comfort and luxury.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
