It's also conveniently located near transportation, as well as tons of great restaurants, cafes, shops, and more.

Upfront costs for initial application are $20 credit check per applicant. If application is accepted, the upfront costs are one month's security deposit, one month's rent, $750 building move-in fee, $500 refundable building move-in deposit, $120 initiation fee, $65 submission fee, and 5% credit card processing fee. Tenants also have a monthly amenity fee of $250 if they choose to use the building amenities.
