A gracious entry unfolds into a dramatic great room of striking volume, where soaring proportions and oversized 8-foot windows heighten the sense of openness. Just beyond, the great room extends to a private terrace, establishing a seamless indoor-outdoor connection and offering an elegant setting for relaxed living and entertaining. The adjoining open kitchen is masterfully composed, featuring honed Taj Mahal quartzite countertops with seating, a full-height quartzite backsplash, and custom rift-sawn White Oak and glass cabinetry. A fully integrated suite of premium JennAir appliances including cooktop, oven, microwave drawer, refrigerator, wine cooler, and dishwasher combines performance with seamless integration.
The primary suite is a serene and private retreat, complemented by a substantial walk-in closet and a spa-like en-suite bath, and further elevated by its own private terrace with northeast views. Here, a custom White Oak dual vanity with integrated lighting is paired with quartzite countertops, Brizo Luxe Gold fixtures, radiant heated floors, and a rain shower- each element selected for its material richness and enduring elegance. Two additional bedrooms, each with a beautifully appointed en-suite bath, offer exceptional comfort and flexibility. A separate media room provides an additional layer of versatility, while a sculptural powder room clad in Arabescato Orobico marble serves as a striking design moment.
Throughout the residence, 7-inch-wide European White Oak plank flooring and four-hinge solid wood interior doors reinforce a sense of craftsmanship and continuity. Additional features include an in-residence Bosch washer and dryer and zoned climate control for year-round comfort.

Quick Profile
Midtown West and Midtown East have a lot in common. They’re bustling, iconic, and full of people. But just like siblings, their personalities can be vastly different. Midtown East is a bit more sophisticated and doesn’t quite have the vivacity and unruliness that its westerly counterpart exudes.
Midtown East is bordered by 42nd to the south, 59th Street to the north, 5th Avenue to the west, and 3rd Avenue to the east.
The neighborhood is famous for its high-end stores, tourist attractions, posh hotels (budget ones too), and iconic architecture. Midtown East is also one of the largest financial and business hubs in Manhattan. During normal business hours the sidewalks are full of commuters and people moving from point A to point B. In the early evening, when the masses have left for the day, things suddenly get a little quieter and the sidewalks have a lot less foot traffic.
Although largely a commercial neighborhood, residential areas of Midtown East do exist on the eastern section of the neighborhood.
Grand Central Station is located in Midtown East and like Midtown West, it’s an extremely commutable neighborhood. The 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains whisk people in and out of the neighborhood 24 hours a day. Grand Central Station also serves as a hub for New York State and Connecticut commuter rails. These trains can take you anywhere along the Hudson River or up into Connecticut. It’s perfect for day tripping.
