The expansive great room provides generous space for both living and dining, anchored by classic columns and distinctive loft character. The king-sized primary suite features two large closets and a spa-like en suite bath with floor-to-ceiling tile, double vanity, and walk-in shower. A spacious secondary bedroom sits near the second full bath, complete with a tub/shower combination and modern finishes. A sizable interior bonus room near the entry is perfect for a home office, guest room, or den, while an additional walk-in closet adds valuable storage. Originally built in 1899, 395 Broadway is a distinguished Neo-Renaissance loft building and one of Tribeca’s earliest residential conversions. Residents enjoy a live-in superintendent, video intercom entry, elegant marble lobby, two elevators, bike storage, laundry facilities, and a landscaped roof deck with sweeping Hudson River and skyline views. With close proximity to historic Tribeca and cobblestoned SoHo streets, as well as some of the city's best dining, shopping, galleries, and nightlife, this location boasts the best New York City has to offer. Please Note: this unit does not have a washer/dryer installed. However, the building allows this and the owner may be willing to install.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
