Available for immediate occupancy. Closings have commenced.

78 Harman Street offers a boutique collection of eight residences shaped by thoughtful design and understated luxury. Tucked along a quiet, tree-lined block in Bushwick, it introduces a calm, modern sensibility to the neighborhood's vibrant character.

A rare find in the heart of Bushwick . This studio duplex at 78 Harman Street proves that thoughtful design is the ultimate amenity .

Spread across two levels, the duplex layout offers natural separation between living and sleeping areas , giving the space a home-like feel rarely found in a studio. A convenient powder room on the lower level adds everyday practicality to the intelligent floor plan.

Oversized windows face west, flooding the interiors with warm afternoon light against richly grained oak hardwood floors.

The kitchen is equipped with professional-grade Bosch and Fisher & Paykel stainless steel appliances, White Calcutta Quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry ; a setup that will satisfy the serious home cook and the aesthetic-minded alike.

Excellent storage throughout keeps the living spaces clean and uncluttered, while an in-unit full-size , vented washer/dryer adds a heightened level of convenience . Bathrooms carry the same refined sensibility ; fully marble-clad, with floating vanities and brushed brass hardware that strike the right balance between warmth and edge. Residents also enjoy access to a shared rooftop deck with sweeping open views stretching across Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.

Just moments from Maria Hernandez Park, 78 Harman is centrally located with easy access to some of Bushwick's most popular restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, with transportation accessible via the M train at Central Avenue and the J train at Kosciuszko Street.

Bushwick | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

As one of the most diverse neighborhoods in New York, Bushwick offers a perfect snapshot of just how multicultural the city is. Long-established as an amalgam of cultures and ethnicities, a wave of varying types of immigrants trickled in from the seventeenth to twentieth centuries, with Bushwick largely becoming a home to Hispanics of Puerto Rican and Dominican backgrounds by the latter part of the twentieth century.

With the Bushwick Initiative of the mid-00s that aided in revitalization, it became an attractive area to young professionals and artists. And even now, Bushwick has sustained affordable rent prices where other North Brooklyn counterparts, like Williamsburg and Greenpoint, have become more expensive. Priding itself on the weird and the wacky, numerous art collectives thrive in this part of Brooklyn, once famously named the seventh coolest neighborhood in the world by Vogue.

Though it has drawn in many tourists in recent years (there’s even a graffiti tour you can take from the Bushwick Collective), the neighborhood remains very much community-oriented, and has not been subject to quite the same sort of corporate infiltration phenomenon of its nearby Williamsburg environs.

But yes, of course, Bushwick has come a very long way from its 80s and 90s reputation as being “The Well,” a nickname given to it for its free-flowing and widely available amount of drugs (quantity over quality being the cliche applied here).
