Property Description for 35 East 30th Street, 6-D

NoMad Dreaming ( No Renovations Required) "JUST REDUCED BY 50K"
ITS HAPPENING !!
There are apartments that give you an address, and there are apartments that give you a lifestyle. I'll take the Lifestyle!
The last person you'll have over is your contractor.
Apartment 6D has already survived the dust, decisions, delays, and debates over tile samples so you don't have to.
This fully gut-renovated studio has been reimagined from top to bottom, leaving nothing for its next owner to do except unpack, pour a drink, and decide which NoMad restaurant to try first.
Sunlight streams through oversized windows, illuminating hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a space that feels far larger than its footprint. The kitchen is sleek and polished, the bathroom looks like it belongs in a boutique hotel, and the in-unit washer/dryer may quietly become your favorite roommate.
The terrazzo bathroom floor says, "I have great taste." The matte black fixtures say, "I read design magazines." The washer/dryer says, "I value my weekends."
Outside, NoMad delivers some of the best dining, shopping, nightlife, and people-watching in Manhattan. Inside, you've got something increasingly rare in New York real estate: absolutely nothing on your to-do list.
No renovation plans. No contractor estimates. No surprise plumbing discoveries hiding behind walls.
Just a beautifully finished apartment waiting for its next chapter.
P.S...because your next houseguest should be a friend, not a contractor.
P.S.S.... No Assessment/Paid by Seller

NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
