Exceptional Move-In Ready One-Bedroom Residence with Iconic Skyline Views

Perched on the 43rd floor, this impeccably appointed one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom residence in the full-service Sky House, offers breathtaking panoramic views of New York City's most celebrated landmarks; including the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, and glimpses of both the Hudson and East Rivers.

Bathed in natural light through oversized north, east, and west-facing windows, the thoughtfully customized home enjoys spectacular exposures that frame the city's skyline from sunrise to sunset. Designed for both everyday living and effortless entertaining, the expansive living and dining area offers an exceptional sense of scale rarely found in a one-bedroom residence, balancing distinct spaces for dining and relaxation without compromising the dramatic outlook. All this is complemented by hardwood floors throughout and the comfort of central AC.

The open kitchen is beautifully appointed with warm wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, and a contemporary glass tile backsplash, creating a seamless connection to the living space while maximizing both functionality and style.

Privately positioned beyond the entertaining areas, the king-sized bedroom is accessed via a discreet hallway and sliding door, creating a peaceful retreat from the rest of the home. A generous walk-in closet provides excellent storage, while the ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub, linen storage, and an in-unit Bosch washer and dryer. Meticulously curated by the current owner, the residence is available fully furnished, presenting a rare opportunity to acquire a truly turnkey home. The result is a home that feels complete from day one; equally suited as a primary residence, pied-à-terre, or investment.

Sky House is a full-service luxury condominium offering a 24-hour doorman, concierge, state-of-the-art fitness center, and children's playroom.

Ideally situated moments from Fifth Avenue and Madison Square Park, residents enjoy immediate access to some of Manhattan's finest culinary and cultural destinations, including Whole Foods, Eataly, Eleven Madison Park, Atomix, The Ritz-Carlton Nomad, Ace Hotel, Cecconi's, and The Ned. The N, R, W, 4, 5 & 6 subway stations are all proximate, with Penn/Moynihan Station, easily accessible for L.I.R.R., New Jersey Transit, and Amtrak.

Combining iconic views, exceptional natural light, bespoke interiors, and the option to purchase fully furnished, this sophisticated residence offers a seamless acquisition rarely available in today's market, allowing its next owner to begin enjoying New York City from the moment they arrive.

Private showings are available by appointment.

NoMad | Manhattan

Quick Profile

NoMad, North of Madison Square Park, is a rectangular swath of land that is bordered by East 25th Street to the south, East 29th Street to the north, Sixth Avenue to the west, and depending who you ask, Madison or Lexington Avenue to the East. It’s had its acronymed name for over two decades but not every New Yorker calls the neighborhood NoMad.

Historic architecture, trendy hotels and restaurants and high-priced apartments - NoMad wasn’t always the coveted neighborhood that it is today. It’s gone through many transformations over the years. Including a red light district known as the Tenderloin in the 1880’s. It was a popular shopping destination and a place where high society held court in the mid 19th century. It was part of New York City’s Silicon Alley in the 1990’s.

As of lately, world class chefs and restaurants have moved into NoMad. It’s tied with Midtown Manhattan for having the most Michelin stars (six stars to date). Besides NoMad’s architecture, nightlife, and restaurants, we can’t forget the added perk of being close to other great neighborhoods and cultural institutions. NoMad’s central location makes it easier to get just about anywhere in the city. You can walk to Chelsea, West Village, Union Square or Grand Central Station in no time at all. The N, R, 1, 6, B, Q, F, and M are very close or just a few blocks away. Penn Station is also within walking distance.
