Property Description for 60 Beach Street, TH-1

3 Bedrooms | 3.5 Bathrooms | 4,300 SF | Private Entrance | Outdoor Space | Home Theater Some homes are beautiful. Others are unforgettable. Spanning three levels and approximately 4,300 square feet, this residence feels more like a private home than a Manhattan condominium. Enter through your own private entrance or arrive directly via elevator into a home defined by dramatic 30 foot ceilings and an extraordinary level of design. Nothing about this home feels accidental. Every material, finish, proportion, and transition feels intentional. Rich natural stone, architectural metalwork, sculptural lighting, custom millwork, and custom furnishings create interiors that are bold without feeling excessive. Every room reveals another thoughtful detail. The living and entertaining spaces flow effortlessly from one room to the next, extending naturally to the outdoor space for everything from intimate dinners to larger gatherings. The home theater is in a class of its own. Designed as a true screening room rather than a media room, it delivers an experience rarely found in Manhattan. This is a residence defined by exceptional design, remarkable volume, and craftsmanship that is almost impossible to replicate. Please contact agent for additional information or to schedule a private tour. Housing Choice Vouchers Welcome | Se Aceptan Vales de Elección de Vivienda

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
