Utility Charges: As billed by utility provider based on usage.
HVAC Charges: As billed by utility provider to your ledger based on usage.
Lightbulb replacement fee: $10-$25 per lightbulb based on fixture.
Smoke/Carbon Detector replacement fee if damaged: $50 per detector.
Gas Detector replacement fee if damaged: $100 per detector.
Late Fees: 5% or $50 per instance, whichever is less.
Pet Fee: $40 billed monthly for non ESA pets.
NSF Fee: $35 per instance.
Lockout Fee: $250+tax per instance.
Hard Key Replacement Fee: $25 per key.
Key Fob/ID Replacement Fee: $50 per fob.
Mail box key replacement fee: $25 per key.
Damage Fees: As billed for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Legal Fees: As billed and as permitted by law.
Lease break fee: Equal to 3 month's rent.
Renter's Insurance: $18 monthly
