Property Description for 110 Reade Street, 4

A Newly Reimagined Full-Floor Tribeca Loft with Private Keyed Elevator Entry.Be the first to live in this newly completed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom full-floor loft on Reade Street, where private keyed elevator access, dramatic proportions, and a refined gut renovation come together in the heart of Tribeca. The elevator opens directly into the residence, offering a level of privacy particularly coveted in Manhattan rental living. Beyond, an expansive living and dining room is framed by oversized windows and original cast-iron columns—a clean, contemporary interior set against the architectural character that defines downtown living. The open kitchen is finished with custom light-oak cabinetry, waterfall stone countertops and backsplash, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. The generous proportions of the kitchen allow it to feel integrated into the entertaining space without sacrificing the functionality of a true chef’s kitchen. Both bedrooms are generously proportioned and thoughtfully separated from the main entertaining areas. The king-size primary suite is complemented by a spectacular spa-like bath with a double vanity, freestanding soaking tub, glass-enclosed rainfall shower, and floor-to-ceiling marble.Throughout the residence, three beautifully finished marble bathrooms, wide-plank hardwood floors, extensive built-in storage, a full-size in-unit washer and dryer, and carefully considered lighting complete the residence. Oversized windows bring exceptional natural light into the home, while the full-floor configuration and private elevator entry create an uncommon sense of separation and privacy.Set within a boutique landmark elevator building on Reade Street, the residence sits at the center of one of downtown Manhattan’s most coveted neighborhoods, surrounded by Tribeca’s acclaimed restaurants, cafés, galleries, and shopping, with Hudson River Park just a few blocks away and convenient access to multiple subway lines.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
