Property Description for 214 North 11th Street, 1-F

The Oasis You Are Looking For In the heart of North Williamsburg, you can be away from it all. Residence 1F at Warehouse 11 is a 1,275 square foot duplex with two private outdoor spaces, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an internal flex room that works as a third bedroom, office or nursery. Williamsburg right outside your door, your own private world inside. The upper level is open and light filled, floor to ceiling windows, dark hardwood floors and a bright living room that opens straight onto a private terrace, made for morning coffee, long dinners and nights that don't need a reservation. The open kitchen runs along the main space with Caesarstone countertops, white lacquer cabinetry, dishwasher and generous storage. A second bedroom on this floor, currently set up with a Murphy bed and built in office, flexes between guest room, workspace and extension of the living space. Downstairs the sun follows you, no dark basement feel here. A generous primary bedroom, excellent closet space, the internal flex room, in unit washer dryer, central air and a second private outdoor space with garden views. This is the quiet side of the home, the place to take it all in or leave it all behind. Near It All, Away From It All Step outside and the neighborhood comes to you. Oysters at Maison Premiere, a glass at The Four Horsemen, a morning loop through McCarren Park, sunset at Domino Park, with Bedford Avenue, the Bedford L and the ferry putting Manhattan 10 to 15 minutes away. Then come home, close the door and let the city go quiet. Warehouse 11 is a full service condominium with 24 hour doorman and concierge, elevator, fitness center, children's playroom, landscaped roof deck, shared garden, bike room and on site garage parking. Pets welcome. *** There is a current assessment of $812.27 running through 12/2026.

Williamsburg | Brooklyn

Quick Profile

Equal parts family-friendly and millennial haven/nightlife destination, Williamsburg offers the best of all worlds. Whether by night or by day, the ‘Burg has endless options for every type of personality and interest--which has only increasingly become the case after the neighborhood was rezoned in 2005. With the floodgate opened for more varied types of businesses, Williamsburg saw one of the highest rates of development in the past decade than any other part of Brooklyn.

Referred to as “Little Berlin” for its late night and club-oriented nature, Williamsburg works as hard as it plays. Apart from the Clubland concentrated around Wythe Avenue, there is also a slew of offices (like 25 Kent Avenue, a sprawling eight-floor, 500,000-square foot waterfront building) and co-working spaces such as WeWork, The Yard and Green Desk that make it an ideal location for the corporate-, startup- and tech-oriented set.

With more offices setting their sights on this part of Brooklyn, it only makes sense that more people want to live close to where they work. Apart from your average walk-up apartment, W-burg has famously become home to numerous condos along the waterfront that continue to grow and expand in concert with the businesses and corporate hubs that have entered the environment.

Even with its many and undeniable changes, however, Williamsburg remains an arts-friendly community, particularly with regard to music and literature. While DIY spaces have come and gone, certain staples have persisted to become institutions that still provide a place for up and coming musicians to perform. On the literary front, long-standing indie bookstores like Spoonbill and Sugartown and Book Thug Nation have paved the way for others to cross the river, namely McNally Jackson Books.
