This extraordinary four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence in TriBeCa's coveted "Gold Coast," delivers a premier luxury lifestyle with a sprawling layout, exceptional natural light, tasteful designer interiors and an impressive roster of upscale amenities in a full-service, historic condominium.

Expertly designed by Studio DB and with no expense spared, this stunning home was brought down to the studs and rebuilt with a reimagined 2,500-square-foot layout, additional storage, renovated baths and an all-new kitchen. Throughout, you'll find a muted color palette and top-of-the-line finishes and fittings, including 8-inch Russian white oak floors, custom oak doors, and Rohl fixtures. Soaring 13-foot-tall ceilings boast dramatic designer light fixtures controlled by Forbes and Lomax switches, while 12 oversized windows capture remarkable sunlight and unimpeded city and water vistas to the south and west.

A long gallery entry ushers you toward an expansive great room wrapped in breathtaking views of the Hudson River and Downtown icons, including the Woolworth Building and One World Trade. Relax in the spacious living room or entertain in the airy dining area flanked by banquette seating and a closet that doubles as a neatly concealed office area. The updated kitchen impresses with floor-to-ceiling flat-front cabinetry, marble counters, subway tile backsplashes, a wide island/breakfast bar and a water filtration system. Chefs will love the premium appliances, including a vented Miele cooktop and wall ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a wine refrigerator.

Sleep soundly in the serene, sun-splashed primary suite, where you'll find a spacious walk-in closet and an en suite spa bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a frameless glass shower, a wide double vanity and generous linen storage, all wrapped in floor-to-ceiling marble. Three secondary suites each offer roomy closets and well-appointed private bathrooms, and one boasts a Juliet balcony overlooking the building's landscaped south courtyard. An in-unit Whirlpool washer-dryer, coat closet, integrated Sonos surround stereo system and central HVAC add comfort and convenience to this turnkey city sanctuary.

Built in 1911, 415 Greenwich Street is a stately limestone and gray brick warehouse building originally occupied by tea, soap and candy manufacturers. Today, the luxury condominium offers an array of amenities, including 24-hour concierge service and an on-site resident manager, an updated lobby and hallways, an attended parking garage, a fitness center, bike and storage rooms, plus an updated roof deck and two interior courtyards.

Bordered by SoHo and Hudson Square, this prime Tribeca Historic District location is surrounded by acclaimed Downtown restaurants, nightlife venues, galleries, retail destinations, and tech/media headquarters. Just blocks away, 500-acre Hudson River Park provides unrivaled waterfront outdoor space and recreation. Transportation from this coveted neighborhood is effortless thanks to 1, A/C/E, N/Q/R/W, J/Z and 6 trains, excellent bus service, and CitiBikes all nearby.

Tribeca | Manhattan

Quick Profile

TriBeCa, named after the small geographic triangle below Canal Street. It’s not really a triangle, it's a quadrilateral and it's bounded by West Street, Broadway, and Chambers Street. It’s a little too late for a name change and besides, QuaBeCa doesn't sound half as cool as Tribeca.

One of New York City’s more notable acronymed neighborhoods, TriBeCa is known for its trendy boutiques, fabolous restaurants, historical landmarks, and resident celebrity lofts. It still holds the title of one of the coolest places to live in New York City.

TriBeCa is one of the first residential neighborhoods of New York City. Way back in 1700’s wealthy New Yorkers built homes and maintained gardens in what is now TriBeca.

Later in history it shifted from residential to warehouses, commerce and markets. After the Civil War, shipping hubs moved from the East River to the Hudson River and revitalized areas like the South Street Seaport and TriBeca. When shipping and commerce increased, the area soon became a favorite spot for wholesalers to store their goods in large industrial warehouses.

Just like its neighbor SoHo, TriBeCa boasts one of the world’s largest collections of wrought-iron facades and Neo-Grecian architecture.
