Property Description for 75 First Ave, 3-D

Modern luxury meets downtown living at 75 First Avenue.

This beautifully designed 1-bedroom plus home office, 2-bathroom residence offers a refined retreat in the heart of the East Village. Designed by architect Stefano Pasqualetti, the home pairs clean, contemporary interiors with floor-to-ceiling windows, wide-plank cashmere oak floors, and abundant northern and southern light.

A gracious entry foyer with a coat closet and full bathroom leads into the bright, open living and dining space. Just off the living room, a windowed alcove offers the flexibility to serve as a dedicated home office or dining area.

The sleek open kitchen features white and beige matte lacquer cabinetry, Carrara marble countertops and backsplash, a Fantini faucet, and a suite of Miele appliances.

The spacious bedroom includes a custom walk-in closet and a spa-like en-suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, Nublado Raw textured marble walls, and Piasentina stone floors. A Miele washer and dryer completes the residence.

75 First Avenue is an intimate boutique condominium offering a full-time doorman and an impressive collection of amenities, including a landscaped rooftop deck with sweeping city views, fitness center, residents' lounge with fireplace, dining area and wet bar, bicycle room, and private storage.

Ideally positioned in the heart of the East Village, the building is moments from some of downtown Manhattan's best restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops, with Tompkins Square Park, the Bowery, NoHo, and the Lower East Side all within easy reach.

East Village | Manhattan

Quick Profile

The East Village has two distinct moods. By day, it is quiet and peaceful. Everyone is out and about, either working or relaxing at Tompkins Square Park, strolling or jogging along the East River, or hanging out in one of the subsets of cultural activity, such as St. Mark’s Place.

But then night falls, and the East Village comes to life, keeping the entertainment and nightlife going long after the other neighborhoods have called it quits for the night. People from all five boroughs flock to the dive bars and speakeasies, head for their favorite cafes and restaurants, or drop in to a music venue to listen to hot tunes or cool jazz and dance the night away. Don’t worry, you don’t have to “know somebody” to gain admittance to even the most popular venues. You won’t find velvet ropes, bouncers, or and a waiting list at the door of most places. Just walk right in and enjoy yourself.

Be prepared for the increased population during fall through spring, when NYU is in session. College students will be everywhere, contributing to the youthful essense of the neighborhood.
