Eugenia Foxworth, CIPS, NYRS, MWBE (minority woman business owner for New York City.  In  January 2024 she received a A+ from the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  She is also in the World Whose Who. Foxworth Realty is a unique boutique Brokerage.  It is Local, National and Global specializing in exceptional properties in Manhattan, Harlem,Riverdale, NY and Internationally

She held office from 2005-2006 as president of the NYC Local Council of FIABCI-USA (International Federation of Real Estate) which was founded in 1954 and has chapters in 72 countries. FIABCI is also a ( NGO) non-governmental agency affiliated with the United Nations.  Eugenia serves as a Delegate to the United Nations for FIABCI as an  ECOSOC to the UN.. In 2020 she was elected by her peers  to be the President of  FIABCI-USA. She was the first person of color to hold this position in 70 years. She now serves on the FIABC-ORG World Board of Directors. and is the President of the Nomination Committee.  She is also a Trustee for the FIABCI Scholarship Committee. In the spring of 2008 she was awarded the "Medal of Honor" from FIABCI for distinguished service and many such awards and thereafter.   Eugenia is a member of REBNY, NAR,  MANAR and FIABCI-USA. She has been chosen by Unique Homes publication as a member an  Elitemember since 2003 through 2023 for being one of the top real estate professionals for the marketing and sales of luxury properties. She has been a guest on HGTV's House Hunters.

Eugenia is a mentor to many real estate professionals  including international real estate students that interns with her. She is actively involved in the Harlem community as a Senior Advisor to the Harlem Arts and Business Council, a philanthropist and the sponsor of the Harlem Bicycle Classic.
