It is surrounded with seasonal flora, trees, plants and shrubs. The Art Deco lobby has the original stone floors and a period staircase that ascends to the top floor. The bus stops for the jitney to the Metro North, MTA local and express buses are across the street. The #1subway is three blocks east of the avenue.
