Property Description for 214 East 49th Street, 4

This is an amazing deal! This floor-thru 4br apartment has 3 KING-SIZED bedrooms and 1 full/queen sized bedroom. (and when I say king-sized I mean you can fit a king size bed, dresser and desk with room to spare) There is also a very large living room with plenty of space for a dining table. The apartment features exposed brick, central air, a skylight in the living room, big windows in the bedrooms and hard-wood floors throughout. (Ignore the rugs in the pictures. They are the current tenants and will be removed when they vacate.) Plus, it only gets better.. the building is located on 49th St and Third Ave and is only 2-3 minute walk to the subway (6/m lines)

This apartment is a perfect share situation! With 4 roommates each person will only be paying $1350 per month. Also, please note the pictures were taken with a regular camera (not a wide angle lens!) and although it's very messy in the pictures the apartment is in good shape and will clean up nicely.

Please call Leo at 917-440-1825 to set up a private viewing.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
