Property Description for 845 United Nations Plaza, 32-A

Behold this ultra luxurious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath gem in the esteemed Trump World Tower. Two units have been combined after a three-year renovation exceeding $3mm to create a state of the art, remarkable space. Enter into a generous foyer and you will marvel at the layout that spans nearly 95 feet. Enjoy the classic elegance of the contemporary Poggenpohl kitchen, with sub-zero and Miele appliances, and Caesarstone counters and floor. For additional function and luxury there is a second catering kitchen. Adjacent to the main kitchen is a stately dining room, which connects to a cozy living room offering breathtaking northeast views of the Manhattan skyline, a top of the line customized wine station, and a disappearing television where wining, dining and relaxing makes this a welcoming eastern wing. Located on the eastern wing is an ultra private master suite appointed with separate his/her baths and two closets, one of which is a walk-in. Watch movies in comfortable leather chairs in the triple soundproof home theater, which is ensconced in Maccasar ebony wood. Two more bedrooms, a library, and a family room, all with panoramic views of the City and East River, complete the west wing. Enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning and heat, and the ease of the Savant Home Automation Control, which controls all of the music and electronics, including blinds and shades. Also, the apartment's Leutron home light control system makes lighting easy to use in any room. Trump World Tower boasts an entrance with a private drive, a white-glove 24-hour doorman and concierge, a 5,000 square foot, renovated health club and spa, a 6-foot lap pool, and a private wine cellar. Socialize at the World Bar within the Trump Tower, or indulge in the many fine restaurants in Midtown East.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
