Property Description for 30 Bogardus Place, 3-G

Don't miss out on one of the best values in a one-bedroom home in Manhattan! You'll love the oversized, pre-war proportions, of this rambling apartment, as much as you'll love the low monthlies at under a dollar per square foot! You'll enter into a gracious foyer with plenty of closets, leading to a very large sunken living room; and then a master bedroom which easily fits a king-sized bed plus furniture. The updated galley kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances flows into to a nice sized separate dining area or home office. Plus, the windowed bathroom has been fully renovated with Italian tile. Basement storage is included with this unit, plus a bike room is available too. This well established coop is located near beautiful Fort Tryon Park, and the number 1 & A express trains. This is an elevator building, with a live-in super, laundry room on-site, and a renovated lobby. Sorry no dogs, but cats are okay.

Inwood | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Inwood isn’t at all like those trendy acronymed neighborhoods further downtown and it doesn’t quite have a notable claim to fame but there is something especially charming about this predominantly Dominican neighborhood. It’s family-oriented with mom and pop shops, hookah bars, sports facilities, recreational venues and ethhnic eateries.

Inwood is the northernmost neighborhood of Manhattan. Any further north and you’ll be in the Bronx. It’s bounded by The Harlem River, which snakes around to its east and north side, The Hudson River and Inwood Hill Park to the west, and Fort George, an enclave of Washington Heights, to the south.

Rivers, hills and green spaces surround the neighborhood and the building height restrictions give it a suburban feel even though it's still part of the borough of Manhattan. Inwood, it’s the best of both worlds.
