Spring into this rare, duplex condo unit on the exclusive grounds of The Parkridge Condominiums Complex. Parkridge, a 179-unit Estate off Cloverdale Boulevard was built after World War 2 under the Government's 608 program, which provided low-interest mortgage loans to veterans. Residents of this thriving community enjoy the ambiance of a small-town atmosphere unimmune to the bustle & entertainment NYC has to offer. Commute to Manhattan is 20-30 depending on preference in nearby transportation options. While classified as Condos, each unit enjoys the signature "Private House" style bearing a resemblance of an attached single family dwelling.

Unit 24, A lofty 3 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bathroom duplex includes a dedicated dining area beside a nearly 20x12 foot living room area. Location is everything and this unit is nestled in a private walk, way off the side walk and enjoys a flooding of natural from both the front and the unobstructed parking lot in the rear leaving a feeling of open air at every turn. A very rejuvenating welcome feeling, especially in the arrival of the Spring season. Unit amenities also includes a dedicated parking spot, a peak out of any rear facing window can allow a simple click of the remote to say goodnight to your mechanical wonder and be greeted with a blinking response and rousing VROOM for that early automatic start to your day. Amenities also include design landscaping, gym and private pool with super onsite.

FYI, unit currently listed below market with ongoing discussions and scheduled removal with intent to renovate and raise listing price. With this deadline looming not only will this reduced listing price be revised higher, the potential for you to renovate according to your preferred quality and creativity also gets lost. The time for this exclusively priced 3 bed 2 1/2 bath condo below market wont be available long. I promise.
