Property Description for 310 East 53rd Street, 28-C

Turtle Bay's most jaw-dropping two bed is officially available for it's newest tenant. Customized by the original design team, 28C is a one of a kind unit constructed by one of Manhattan's most prolific and respected developers.

Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by a gracious wide foyer, a wall of custom storage, and a beautiful powder room with walls covered in chic mother of pearl. As you pass through the entry, you will find yourself in one of the most impressive open living/dining rooms you will ever see. The grand room is 46 feet wide with triple exposure of floor to ceiling windows nearing 12 feet in ceiling height. The open views showcase the iconic Manhattan skyline with clear views of the Chrysler Building, the East River, and much more. With large balconies on both ends of the living room, there are endless ways to enjoy the space.

The top of the line kitchen features subzero and gaggenau appliances that are complimented by marble counters and plenty of storage. The kitchen flows into a separate dining nook that beautifully looks towards the east river.

The master bedroom is the most customized room in the home. Featuring a double sized suite, the options are endless. Whether you seek a sitting room, office space, or a media area, this room will work beautifully. There is a stunning 5 fixture marble bathroom, and a custom dressing room that has been completely outfitted for all of your fashion needs. The home is completed by a large secondary bedroom with an additional en-suite bathroom.

Three Ten is a beautiful fixture of Turtle Bay's residential towers. The building features white glove doorman services, on-site resident manager, a live in super and large gym. The building also features bike and additional storage cages, of which 28C comes with a large cage included in the purchase price.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
