Property Description for 330 East 49th Street, 11-F

Welcome to apartment 11F at 330 East 49th street. This luxurious large studio offers incredible light and open views, chestnut parquet wood floors, a separate dressing area with 4 expansive closets, a renovated beautiful large bathroom as well as a separate full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher.

This studio is bigger than many one bedrooms and offers a great layout for comfortable living and working. It is also a great investment.

The building has recently installed a rooftop condenser which feeds into the thermostatically-controlled Heating and Air Conditioning, keeping the utilities extremely low. This new installation is covered in the assessment of $128.11/month that will be fully paid off in February 2022.

The Beekman East is a full-service condominium that provides a gracious lobby, impeccable 24 hour doorman service, live-in super, central (and cheap) laundry room. Storage room and on-site parking are available with additional fees.

The building allows pieds-a-terre and subletting and is pet friendly.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
