The entry foyer has a very large custom coat closet that has stainless steel racks and is floor to ceiling.

There is a grand Arch that separated the living room from the kitchen. The living room is spacious and has double windows. The windowed primary bedroom is large and has custom closets and double windows as well. The second bedroom/den is large enough for a single bed and /or a home office. The modern windowed bathroom has marble and tiles. All of the closets are floor to ceiling in each room.

The elevator building is setback and has seasonal roses flourishing on trellises in front of the 3015-3017 buildings. The hand laid Italian brick pathway leads to the building. It is surrounded with seasonal flora, trees, plants and shrubs. The entrance to the building was recently renovated and it has an intercom. The Art Deco's lobby floors are stone and there is a period staircase that ascends to the top floor. The elevator was replaced a few years ago. There is a laundry, service entrance and individual storage (outside vendor) in the basement. The super lives-in. Heat and hot water is included in the rent. Sorry NO DOGS are allowed. Cats are embraced.

The bus stops for the Jitney to the Metro North, MTA local and express buses are across the street. The #1 subway is three blocks east of the avenue. The building is adjacent to an intimate and famous park. You are a short distance to the Riverdale, Johnson and Broadway shopping streets, trendy and fast food restaurants, Starbucks, gyms, Riverdale Spa, Riverdale Tennis, outdoor parking garage across the street, indoor parking on West 231st street, Manhattan College, JFK H.S., Charter and elementary schools. There is a five minute drrive by car or bus to Manhattan College, Riverdale Country, Ethicl Culture, Horace Mann and Fieldston.

Some streets are divided, with traffic in one direction being at an entirely different level than traffic headed the opposite way on the same street. This quirkiness adds a certain charm to this neighborhood.
