Absolutely Worth the Walk Up! Welcome to Apartment 6D at 324 East 50th Street - a stunning one-bedroom residence. Thoughtfully redesigned from the ground up, this oversized home was created with exceptional care, attention to detail, and a no-expense-spared approach.

Taken down to the studs, the apartment now features a gracious entryway that opens into a beautifully curated floorplan - blending open living with intimate, thoughtfully designed nooks. Wide-plank herringbone European oak flooring runs throughout, adding warmth and sophistication to every room.

The windowed chef's kitchen, crafted by renowned Brazilian design firm Onare, looks like it belongs in the pages of Architectural Digest. Outfitted with quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and elegant ceramic floors and backsplash, it's both functional and breathtaking.

The spacious bedroom includes a custom-designed closet. The newly expanded, windowed bathroom features a large walk-in shower, marble floors, and rich terracotta tiling - combining comfort with elevated design.

Down a charming hallway, you'll find the massive north-facing living room, bathed in natural light from three large windows. There's ample space for a full dining area, multiple seating arrangements, a cozy reading nook, and even a bar setup.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
