Welcome to 211 East 51st Street, Unit 2G—where smart design meets smarter investing. From the moment you walk in, you can feel it—this isn’t just another one-bedroom. This is a thoughtfully curated Midtown East sanctuary, with oversized windows, a calm, tree-lined outlook, and a floor plan that maximizes light, space, and livability. Just outside your door? One of Manhattan’s hidden gems: Greenacre Park. Nestled right next to the building, this pocket-sized oasis features a 25-foot waterfall, lush greenery, and café seating—a brilliant spot to have lunch, recharge, or take a quiet break from the city buzz. But what makes Unit 2G stand out isn’t just how it looks—it’s how it performs. Let’s talk strategy: This is a condo—not a co-op. That gives you flexibility where it counts: ? Unlimited subletting ? Pied-à-terre and corporate ownership allowed ? Pet-friendly ? Low monthly carrying costs The apartment itself? It checks every box: A spacious living/dining area that comfortably fits a work-from-home setup A sleek, fully renovated kitchen and bathroom Custom Italian Boffi closets—an unexpected luxury at this price point Quiet south-facing exposure with soft natural light all day This is the definition of turnkey. Whether you’re seeking a high-yield rental property, a low-maintenance pied-à-terre, or a long-term hold in a rising neighborhood—Unit 2G delivers on all fronts. And let’s not overlook the building: . Full-time doorman . Fitness center . Laundry, storage, and bike room . Just steps to the E, M, and 6 trains . Surrounded by bistros, boutiques, and top corporate HQs “The best investments are simple: prime location, quality product, and low friction.” That’s exactly what this is. 211 East 51st Street, Unit 2G—quiet luxury with upside. Let me show you why this isn’t just a good buy… it’s a smart one. Assessment of $793/Month until November 2025.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
