Property Description for 250 East 53rd Street, 2801

Sky-High Sanctuary in the Heart of Midtown East

The Veneto Condominium 250 East 53rd Street
Residence 2801

$2,395,000

Perched on the 29th floor of the prestigious Veneto Condominium, this immaculate 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers a rare trifecta of western, southern, and northern exposures that flood every corner with natural light throughout the day.
Step into an open and airy living space where floor-to-ceiling windows frame dramatic cityscape views, creating an ever-changing backdrop for daily life. The modern kitchen seamlessly integrates with the dining and living areas, perfect for both intimate evenings and entertaining guests. Two generously proportioned bedrooms serve as private retreats, each featuring its own spa-like en-suite bathroom, while a convenient powder room completes the refined layout.

The convenience of in-unit laundry pairs beautifully with the building's white-glove service, including 24-hour doorman and concierge. Residents enjoy exclusive access to thoughtfully curated amenities: a sophisticated lounge for socializing, cutting-edge fitness facilities, a dedicated children's area, and a serene landscaped garden oasis.

Located in one of Manhattan's most coveted neighborhoods, you'll be steps from world-class restaurants, premier shopping, and multiple transit options. As an added value, the seller will cover the remaining balance of the building's assessment.

This is more than a home-it's your front-row seat to the energy and elegance of New York City living.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
