Property Description for 345 East 52nd Street, 12-A

Bright 2BR/2BA+ Home Office with Expansive Open Views

Perched high on the 12th floor, this beautiful split two-bedroom, two-bath residence with a true home office offers the perfect blend of light, layout, and livability.

Bathed in natural sunlight and framed by open northern city views, the gracious living room features 9-foot ceilings, freshly refinished hardwood floors, and elegant moldings - creating an inviting backdrop for both relaxed evenings and effortless entertaining.

The windowed eat-in kitchen is thoughtfully designed for everyday living and hosting alike. Outfitted with custom cabinetry, generous counter space, a Sub-Zero
refrigerator, and a convenient pass-thru, it flows seamlessly into a dining area that comfortably seats 6-8 guests.

The huge king-sized primary bedroom is a serene retreat, large enough to accommodate a sitting area and features a dressing area, three closets (including a spacious walk-in), and bright open views. The adjacent bathroom is easily accessible and well-positioned.

A separate home office provides the ideal work-from-home solution, while the second bedroom is generously proportioned with a large walk-in closet and ample flexibility for guests, a nursery, or playroom. The second bath is perfectly suited as either a full bath or elegant powder room.

Additional highlights include a welcoming foyer, abundant closet space throughout, freshly sanded hardwood floors, and refined architectural details. (Please note: washer/dryers are not permitted.)

345 East 52nd Street is a well-established, full-service cooperative offering a 24-hour doorman, beautifully updated hallways and lobby, private garage (waitlist),
complimentary storage, and bike storage. The building permits up to 75% financing and is pet-friendly.

A warm, inviting home with space to live, work, and entertain - all in a prime Midtown East location.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
