Property Description for 250 East 53rd Street, 1502

Sophisticated, by Design. The Veneto is a world class condominium property, developed and managed by the esteemed Related Companies. The latter of which is known for their acute acumen in selecting premium locations as well as their attention to detail, resulting in memorable residential properties, that elevate the living experience for residents.

Apartment No. 15 perfectly embodies these core concepts, starting with the prime, corner location in Turtle Bay. Your building is situated just one block from a multi-line subway station, including an E-line which can have you on the West side in less than 10 minutes, while enjoying the quiet residential feel of the East 50's. Then step into the dramatic corner-aspect living room, framed by floor to ceiling windows for the ultimate "only-in-Manhattan" view. With just one (well placed) structural column, the entire floor exists solely for the joys of entertaining and relaxation and enjoys brilliant sunlight throughout the day.

The large eat in kitchen features a full suite of Viking stainless appliances, expertly arranged to optimize efficiency and usage. The large East window provides the perfect setting for a built-in banquet or table, to enjoy that first cup of coffee in a tranquil setting, while soaking in morning light.

The residential wing offers two well-appointed bedrooms with ample closet space and a comfortable separation from the living room. All the closets have been built out to maximize their storage capacity and ensure that the living spaces remain organized and clutter free. Additionally, the windows are outfitted with motorized solar shades to manage the light quality throughout the day. Throw in the 3-zone heating and cooling system and you're fully in control of the apartment's daily operation.

The Veneto excels at personalized resident services with a staff that is recognized as best in class. There's a newly refurbished gym with state-of-the-art machine and free weights, constantly attended to by maintenance staff as well as a community room with a full kitchen and a terraced lounge available to all the residents. With The Related Companies at the helm, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. The current assessment of $948 runs through 12/31/2026.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
