Property Description for 330 East 49th Street, 12-E

A standout offering at Beekman East, this fully renovated four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath residence combines generous proportions with exceptional outdoor space in a full-service condominium. Elevated above Midtown East, the home captures open views of the East River and skyline, complemented by two private terraces—including an approximately 800-square-foot outdoor expanse that functions as a true extension of the living space. The layout is both expansive and intuitive. A central foyer opens to a large-scale living and dining area, framed by oversized sliding glass doors that lead directly to the terraces. The great room is anchored by a wood-burning fireplace, while the open kitchen is designed for everyday use and entertaining alike, with stainless steel appliances, substantial cabinetry, a breakfast counter, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen, a separate suite provides flexibility as a guest room or office, complete with its own bath. The primary suite is quietly positioned and features oversized windows, a walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bath. An adjoining sitting room or den adds an additional layer of functionality. Two additional bedrooms share a well-appointed bath and offer direct access to the east-facing terrace, which includes a built-in grill, koi pond, and irrigation system. Throughout the home, finishes are clean and consistent, including Brazilian cherry wood floors, custom built-ins, and a marble powder room. Beekman East is a full-service, pet-friendly condominium with a 24-hour doorman, live-in superintendent, parking garage, and updated common areas. The location offers close proximity to the United Nations, Dag Hammarskjöld Plaza, and the East River, along with convenient access to multiple subway lines and the 34th Street ferry. A rare combination of volume, functionality, and outdoor space—delivered in a straightforward, highly livable layout. There is an assessment of $349.94/ month through December 2026

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
