Property Description for 579 West 215th Street, 5-C

The moment you walk in the door - you know; this is not your average studio apartment. You can feel it and see it.

Two large closets off the entry foyer offer more storage than you get in many one bedrooms.
And there is more to come.

A beautifully renovated kitchen is exceptionally functional. Gleaming quartz countertops and new appliances. Unique brand fridge, Bosch dishwasher and Schönes Bauen induction plate, Westbend microwave and a Breville oven give you everything you need in a compact and thoughtfully laid out kitchen space. There is even a smartly done barista coffee corner.

The large living area features West facing wall of windows affording views to the Henry Hudson Bridge, Inwood Park & the Palisades beyond.

Included, is a brilliantly designed Murphy bed with an integrated dining table/desk and terrific storage solution.

The bathroom, too has been renovated. There’s a new sink, rain shower and hand shower.

Just outside the bathroom is a very large dressing area with additional storage.

Studios are hard to find in Inwood and one bedrooms are not always affordable for many. This lovely studio solves both these issues. With gracious living space, loads of storage and renovated kitchen and bath this home has a lot to offer at an affordable price.

Located just steps from Inwood Hill Park in a very well maintained elevator building with a roof deck with absolutely fabulous views. One of the very few buildings in the area with a garage (wait-listed). Pet friendly. Live-in super. Laundry room.

Beautifully Renovated Studio With Great Space, & Open View at an Affordable Price.

Come and explore Inwood and all it has to offer. Great parks, terrific transportation, convenient shopping, restaurants, Saturday farmer's market, and so much more. Be the latest one to discover all this wonderful neighborhood has to offer.

Transportation could not be better. Two subway lines (the A and the #1 trains), express bus service, and the Metro-North train station are all within easy walking distance.

Inwood | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Inwood isn’t at all like those trendy acronymed neighborhoods further downtown and it doesn’t quite have a notable claim to fame but there is something especially charming about this predominantly Dominican neighborhood. It’s family-oriented with mom and pop shops, hookah bars, sports facilities, recreational venues and ethhnic eateries.

Inwood is the northernmost neighborhood of Manhattan. Any further north and you’ll be in the Bronx. It’s bounded by The Harlem River, which snakes around to its east and north side, The Hudson River and Inwood Hill Park to the west, and Fort George, an enclave of Washington Heights, to the south.

Rivers, hills and green spaces surround the neighborhood and the building height restrictions give it a suburban feel even though it's still part of the borough of Manhattan. Inwood, it’s the best of both worlds.
