Property Description for 211 East 51st Street, 10-C

Designer Condominium Adjacent to Greenacre Park's Iconic Waterfall

Residence 10C at 211 East 51st Street offers a rare opportunity to own a designer home in one of Midtown East's most distinctive boutique full-service condominiums.
Originally reimagined by acclaimed interior architect Shamir Shah, the building combines thoughtful design, full-service living, and an exceptional location directly adjacent to Greenacre Park, one of Manhattan's most celebrated hidden gems.

The building's position beside Greenacre Park is a defining feature rarely found in Midtown Manhattan. Just outside the front door, residents enjoy access to a beautifully landscaped urban retreat featuring a dramatic 25-foot waterfall, mature trees, intimate seating areas, and a seasonal outdoor café. The park creates a unique sense of openness and tranquility while remaining moments from Grand Central Terminal, Sutton Place, the East River waterfront, world-class restaurants, luxury shopping, museums, theaters, and major corporate headquarters.

Oversized windows fill the home with natural light, while four-inch white oak flooring and clean architectural lines create a warm and contemporary living environment. The layout is exceptionally efficient, maximizing living space, storage, and functionality throughout the home.

The kitchen is finished with Calacatta Gold marble slab countertops, rift-cut white oak lower cabinetry, high-gloss lacquer upper cabinetry, and a premium appliance package that includes a Bosch oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and custom Northland refrigerator. The result is a kitchen that is both visually refined and highly practical for everyday living.

Glass pocket doors lead to a private bedroom suite with generous closet space and an en-suite bath featuring handcrafted marble flooring, blue-gray clay tile walls, a marble-topped vanity, and Hansgrohe fixtures.

Residents enjoy the benefits of a boutique full-service condominium, including a 24-hour attended lobby, full-time doorman and concierge services, fitness center, resident lounge, bike storage, and professional on-site management. The building is also known for offering ownership flexibility that is increasingly difficult to find in Manhattan, making it attractive as a primary residence, pied-à-terre, or investment property.

With designer interiors by Shamir Shah, direct adjacency to Greenacre Park and its iconic waterfall, and the services and flexibility of a boutique full-service condominium, Residence 10C offers a combination of design, location, lifestyle, and long-term value that is rarely available in Midtown East.

Turtle Bay | Manhattan

Quick Profile

Turtle Bay is best known for hosting the world’s dignitaries at United Nations once a year as the world institution sits on the eastern edge of the neighborhood along the East River.

But this midtown location offers a lot more, a bustling neighborhood teeming with high-rise apartment buildings and an easy walk to the Midtown business district.

Over the past two decades, developers have assembled almost every corner development site along Second Avenue and have built straight up. Not much left to assemble.

Some of the more glamorous, and of course most expensive, addresses are in close proximity to the United Nations. Trump World Tower, which caused a big stir with area residents, in particular, Walter Cronkite, when it was built sits just north of the United Nations Grounds.

In contrast to the proliferation of the residential highrise, Turtle Bay does have some lovely tree-lined streets between the avenues. In particular, Turtle Bay Gardens, which fronts both 48th Street and 49th Street between Third and Second Avenue has always been a haven for the rich and famous.
